where have I been...?

I cannot believe how long it has been since I last posted! I was on such a roll too, but man how life gets in the the way...please forgive me I am back now and ready to party!

let me catch you up on a few things...

first.
Leah (my daughter) was badly burned by a humidifier, second degree burns down her back. I am not sure who cried more her or me, cause I just cannot take it when my babies are hurting and there is nothing I can do about it! She is healed up now I dont even think she will scar after using a good amount of Aloe and a hourly application of "Country Comfort Herbal Savvy".

second.
I have officially switched teams and am now running all mac, which may take a bit of time to get used to but man this team is sooo much prettier than the balding white guy team I was on before! (no offense to PC). I now have a shiny 24" screen looking at me with 1 Terabyte of hard drive! Can you even believe how quickly things change? We went from jaw dropping at a gig now we are at a Terabyte. for all the techies out there shaking your head, please bear with my shock and awe...I am an artist remember!

third.
I am now a Canon shooter. I just received the Canon 5D with a collection of fun lenses and such in the mail and man am I in-love! I bought my favorite lens from the film days a 50mm and I feel like I am home now. I cannot stop taking pics of anything and everything!

fourth.
just got back from a trip to Oregon to sit on the river with my mom and brothers. It was a gift that I really needed!
we rode horses, went fishing and sat by the river all day long! I even jumped off of a 35 foot bridge to the river below just to show my brothers that I could... and I can! I will have pics to share very soon!

fifth.
the 9th was my birthday. Don't really know what to say about that. whatever.

okay that is about it I will have some pics to share with you in the next few days, some of Tracy's wedding, some of the river and a ton of the kids playing!
