when I first moved here it was to live in San Fransisco and go to art school..but with the realization of tuition and meeting my now breathtaking husband Tutt, I never quite made it out there. 9 years later an even bigger dream is coming into fruition...

meet my new photography boutique on Union St in San Fransisco,isn't it fabulous...well almost!

I was blessed with this adorable little angel named Robyn Kessler . we met at a photography get together and 2 months later we are partners in crime. She is the complete opposite of me, always asking permission and worried about rules and such...
i think we are going to be good for one another.

now we are in need of a name, and I would love some help. we need a name for the boutique which will feature the photography of happenstance and robyn kessler photography...have any ideas?

so this is the front of the carriage house...we are the bottom floor.


this is our patio which is going to be my garden in the city..honestly this was the selling point because for me weeding is therapy and a huge stress reliever!the entrance before:

the back office (which we are subletting) before:and after.
we are rebuilding the room to get more space from it. the walls were lined with lead..
so dang heavy! this is going to be a huge challenge , to be honest it already is and I am loving it!
when we are done we are going to have a beautiful little space, a little "cottage" full of creative juice and vintage charm.

Eunice and David were so much fun! I am not sure they new what they were getting into when I asked them to leave the amazing views of the bridge and climb into the turits and kiss against the stinky dirty walls but I just love these images and I hope you do too!

i'm baaaack!

hi there my friends! it has been such a long while and to be honest I missed the time to share and sum up my days. i remember when i was younger and i would stop writing for a few months ( ok years) and i would start with a re-cap of things happening, new crushes, drama and dreams... i am thinking why change up a good thing so here goes...

things happening well, looks like i will have the honor of opening a studio with my now new crush robyn kessler we are signing papers on monday for 1757 union street, san fransisco. man am i a ball of nerves right now! giddy with excitement and fear and anticipation of the amazing future headed our way!
really there is no drama thus far stay tuned as we have yet to start the demolition and rebuild!

and as for the dreams well I moved to this holy land of northern california 9 years ago to live and or work in San Fransisco and 9 years a wedding and two kids later here I am! dreams are a reality if you have the patience.

we have been crazy busy and out of town for destination family portraits, time spent with friends and the annual roth family reunion...life has been good to the mraseks!
